StayOS / Zioty LLC

Website privacy.

Updated October 16, 2026. This notice covers the StayOS marketing website. It isn’t the policy for the StayOS tablet or guest guide; we explain how those handle information when we set up your rental.

What this site collects

Only what you send us. The site has no accounts, no advertising trackers and no audience analytics. It remembers your color choice in your own browser. Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep standard service and security logs, such as IP addresses.

The request form

The form asks for your name, email address and number of properties. You can also share a location or listing link and what you’d like to set up. Please don’t include guest information, passwords, door codes or payment details.

Zioty LLC uses your request to reply, check your devices, prepare a quote and set up StayOS. Sending it doesn’t start a subscription or add you to a marketing list, and we don’t sell it. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated abuse and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser. Mailgun delivers the request to our inbox, where it’s kept with our replies.

Etsy orders and email

If you order on Etsy, Etsy handles your payment and shipping details under its own privacy policy. If you email [email protected], we use your message to reply and keep it in our business inbox.

Questions
